Stephanie Lai is a Market Researcher at Beaton and curious about the “why” behind human behaviour, particularly in understanding consumers.
Stephanie has been a researcher in both marketing and education fields, specialising in marketing research, consumer insights and the business strategies they inform. Her passion to better understand customers and clients has guided her work in qualitative and quantitative research within diverse CALD communities. Within those communities, she strives to deliver culturally relevant and actionable insights to clients.
Stephanie grew up in Taiwan and fell in love with Australia when she came to Melbourne as an exchange student in 2016. She holds university degrees from both countries, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Taiwan and a Master of Marketing Communications from the University of Melbourne.
