Before joining Beaton, Cherie founded and managed two successful businesses. She also held board directorships and executive leadership roles in enterprise sales and strategic marketing.
Cherie graduated from Monash University with a degree in Business (Marketing) and holds a Cert IV in Workplace & Business Coaching and a Diploma in Organisational Coaching. She has deepened her business coaching and consulting expertise through training programs led by renowned author and Management Consultant Robert Fritz in the USA.
